Step 1 - We Start by Listening
Your project starts with a conversation.
We want to understand what you want to build, how you plan to use it, your priorities, your desired schedule, and any special concerns or considerations.
Our first job is to understand what you are trying to accomplish.
Step 2 - Detailed Estimate
Before construction begins, Brand Construction will provide a detailed estimate outlining the proposed work and included scope.
Our goal is to clearly communicate what we are proposing so you can make an informed decision.
Step 3 - Dedicated Project Manager
Your project will have a dedicated project manager who serves as a primary point of coordination from the beginning of the project through completion.

Step 4 - Respect for Your Property
We are guests on your property.
Your home, land, business, or jobsite represents a significant investment. Our team and subcontractors will be expected to work carefully and respectfully while on your property.
Treat the customer's property as if it were our own.
Construction creates debris, but unnecessary clutter should not become part of the project.
During active construction, jobsite trash and construction debris will be collected and the work area cleaned regularly as work progresses.

Step 7 - Weekly Schedule Updates
Construction schedules can change as work progresses, weather develops, materials arrive, and different trades complete their work.
Brand Construction will provide an updated project schedule each week during active construction.
